Beautiful house near Seville.<br />
It has, on the ground floor, a large living room, a spectacular 30m2 kitchen, a play room dedicated to my children, a toilet, a large porch and a garden with a trampoline. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The first has a 90cm trundle bed (with extra bed underneath). The second room has two 90 cm trundle beds (with 2 extra beds). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with tub. The master bedroom is a suite with dressing room and bathroom, and it has a 150cm bed.<br />
In the attic there is a great room / living room with a sofa bed (160 cm).<br />
The house is in a gated community with private garden, playground, paddle tennis court and swimming pool.
