Close to restaurants, museums, the Chesapeake Bay, theaters, etc. The house is very comfortably furnished with a gas fire place in the living room and one in the family room, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Washer and dryer in lower level. Fourth bedroom on fourth level.

The house sits on a little over a beautifully landscaped and wooded lot. All properties in the area are over an acre, wooded and landscaped as well. Many tall oak and tulip trees, dogwoods, and flowering plants. Homes range in age from new to over 100 years of age. This is an older neighborhood with a gourmet grocery store a mile up the road. A shopping mall is less than 5 miles away but when in the home you feel as if you are in a country setting.
