It is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood which offers a residential swimming pool. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach/Atlantic ocean, and about 15 minute walk from a State park (Hanna park - bike trails, hiking trails, lakes, children's recreational areas etc).<br />
A surf board, adult and children's bikes are available.<br />
Several tennis courts (free and no reservation necessary) are close by (biking distance or a less than 5 minute drive). And there are many golf courses in the area.<br />
Stores, coffee shops, bowling and restaurants are at about a 5-7 minute drive. Movie theatres and malls are about 20 minutes away.
