Spacious, typical Glasgow red sandstone tenement flat. There is 3 bedrooms but we are only swapping 1 at present as 1 room needs decorated and our friend lives in one room. Our flat really needs decorated and requires a lot of work to be done, but it's clean, safe, comfortable and we are willing to swap it with 1 person/couple who are happy to live there for free. There's a double bed, plenty of clean towels, bedroom storage, electric heaters, an electric shower, washing machine, microwave/oven, grill, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishes/cutlery etc. and also includes use of our treadmill, internet/computer, "Sky Plus" TV, dvd (and dvds/cds). There's always parking spaces available in the local area outside the flat and you can sit out the back in private/ use the outdoor washing line. There's also the advice from our flatmate if need be!! He's very quiet and you would hardly notice he's there!!

O ambiente
The flat is in Govan, in the southside of Glasgow. Very close to the underground train station (10min. into city centre) and there's also buses and cheap taxis. There's parks close by, a sports centre and it's only 15 minutes walk to a 24 hour supermarket "ASDA" . 5 min. on the train to Glasgow's west end, which has parks, museums, art galleries and Botanic Gardens.
