Our house is located in San Juan Capistrano California and is known for Mission San Juan where the Swallows return. Our home is a single level but requires stair entry. Decorated in Western/Southwest motiff. Large kitchen, Master bath in bedroom. Two bedroom have their own bath in each room. Guest bathroom across from bedroom/computer room. T.V. in all bedrooms. Large screen in Family room with a huge bar and very family friendly. Fireplaces in Family room and Front room. Large seperate Dining Room and another room we use for kids friends to come over and "hang out". t.v. couch average size room but cozy. Huge balcony off the front of house and a lovely pool with a side yard.

O ambiente
Set in a private gated community with 23 homes only. Large homes with at least 1/2 acre lots. Equestrian zoned and we have a 3 stall barn and 2 horses. Although we have a natural setting, our neighborhood is very unique we are 5 minutes from grocery stores and downtown San Juan, which is lovely and about 15 minutes from the Beach and surrounding beach town such as San Clemente and Dana Point.<br />
