Our apartment ( 150 m²) is in a small street with a 3 min walk to the next tube station. It is a typical so called Altbau, (house from the 1920s with modern kitchen und bathroom facilities) with high ceilings and wooden floors. In the back there is a small garden open to all the tenants. ( usually empty)Although one is in the city it is very quiet. With public transportation one can easily get everywhere in Berlin and Potsdam. Several nice playgrounds in walking distance.

The street is lined with trees and there are only old houses. Good shopping in small stores (loads of bio-food) or also regular shopping malls are close by.
