Downstairs open kitchen and livingroom space+ another bathroom with shower.The apartment is situated in the lovely are of Garbatella,just two metro stops from the Colosseum.The area is green and peaceful with piqtueresk houses. Supermarkets and shops close by. The view from the window is towards a courtyard with an orangtree growing right outside.If you are lucky you can even see parrots flying around.The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 store bilding, no elevator.
