The flat is 37sqm big. A lot of sun from the 3 windows, in the 3rd flor. Very quiet, because not on the street side, but court side. There are a bathroom (with bathtub), a kitchen, a living room and the 2 persons bed is in on a mezzanine. 2 more adulds can sleep in the sofabed.
