I am hoping to study at the Univ. College of London to finish up my graduate studies in architecture. looking for a housing swap for the spring term. Jan-July/August<br />

Our house is in the Berkeley Neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The house is a Queen Anne Victorian built in 1906. It's full of character and original wood work. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and soon to have the master bedroom complete in a month or so. The master bedroom has two skylights, wooden screened closet and an open plan. It's the perfect getaway. The living room has hardwood floors and the original mantel over the fireplace. The house is bright and sunny and fully updated. <br />

The back yard has an extensive garden and covered patio. I like to grow vegetable in the summer and we entertain regularly in the backyard. It gets lots of shade in the summer and is perfect for BBQ'ing.

The Berkeley neighborhood was just voted best place to live in Denver. It is 5 mins from downtown. Visit the new Museum of Contemporary Art by David Adjaye or the Denver Art Museum by Daniel Liebeskind. You can ride bikes to downtown and along the Cherry Creek River.<br />
<br />
Our house is also mins from Highway I-70 which takes you to some of the best skiing in the Rocky Mountains. Couldn't pick a better spot to see all of Denver and Colorado.
