Our comfortable (43m²) flat is located in the centre of Paris in 11th district (Parmentier station).<br />
It is located on the 2nd floor for 2 persons.<br />
It is a quiet and bright apartment.<br />
There is a double living room (1 sofabed) with a little balcony, bedroom with double futon bed, a small equiped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, cooker, washing machine, toaster, kettle...), a small bathroom with shower and wc.

It is a quiet and bright apartment.<br />

At less than 3 minutes by walk from the tube station Parmentier (line 3) Goncourt (line 11) or 7 minute Oberkampf (line 5 and 9). Everywhere in Paris is connected.<br />
At 15 mn by metro : Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, famous department stores in Opera.<br />
Champs Elysées and St michel stations are at 20 minutes from the flat.<br />
There is a Velib' station (to rent city bicycles)<br />
The area is very nice and safe to go out at night.<br />
