Our beautiful home has 2 story plus a finish basement, with 3 outdoor decks. The familly room and kitchen give direct access to the yard ( 3/4 football field size) with established trees and fully fenced.<br />
There is a fire place and an open kitchen eating area and formal dining room to round up the main level.<br />
The 2nd floor is the sleeping quarters, with 2 guests bedroom that share a bath and the master which has an insuite bathroom, walking closet and a large outdoor deck.

The house is located in one of Clemson established neighboorhood. With a direct boat ramp access to lake Hartwell 600 yds away from the house with the beach and trails also. You are only miles away from Lake Keowee and several parks and natural trails.<br />
The house is conveniently located at a walking distance from downtown Clemson University where you will be able to enjoy various restaurants.<br />
Clemson is centrally located if you decide to explore the South it is less then 30 minutes away from downtown Greenville, with it's live entertainement, farmers market, boutiques and restaurants. Ashville and Atlanta are also within a quick drive for a day trip.
