Hi,
I would like to swap my room in beautiful Pyrmont, Sydney Australia for yours somewhere else in the world anytime from October to December 2008.
The room is fully furnished with a queen bed and opens out onto a courtyard. You will have your own bathroom, access to fast wireless internet connection, dryer and washing machine. The house is close to all amenities; there is a bus to the city accross the street and the grocery store is only 3 minutes away. It is 10 minutes to the bustling night life of Darling Harbour and 15minutes to the Sydney CBD.
The house has a view of the harbour bridge and is situated only minutes from the water. You will be sharing the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with three other professionals aged between 24 and 28.
This is a friendly, fun and clean house and will provide you with an instant social network. Perfect if you are new to town.
