We have a 4 bedroom 3 story home with a finished basement that is kid friendly. We have dish network for your TV enjoyment with free HBO. The basement has a full size bath and an extra queen size bed and twin bunk beds if needed. The house is on 2.5 acres in a very quiet subdivision with a wooded front and back yard. There is a wonderful place in the front to build a fire and roast marshmallows and hot dogs (our favorite thing to do. The house is located on a culdesac with a basket ball goal for fun and a trampoline in the back. The home has a nice deck off from the kitchen to sit and relax on in the evenings.

Our home is located on the Rappahannock and Fauquier county corner of Culpeper County VA. Downtown is 20 minutes away.
Many of the key players of the Civil War were seen in the Town of Culpeper. In 1775, the Culpeper Minutemen were formed in "Clayton's Old Field" (near the site of present-day Yowell Meadow Park). Culpeper. The armies of Jackson, Stuart, Pope, and Meade marched through and were quartered in Culpeper.
