This property is owned year round. Unit 122 is a 2 queen bed with additional pull out sofa for additonal people which sleeps up to a max of 6 people. Eastern Inns Hotel is a privately own hotel with private individual owners owning each said unit (like a timeshare) I can accommodate any week/s you like. This is a cozy hotel with 24/7 hotel service, swimming pool, lobby fire place, arcade room, washer and dryer for guests, hiking trails behind establishment, recreation room, pool table, skiing, snow mobile, historic rail ways, shops, restaurants, plenty of parking, complimentary breakfast each morning, phone in room, Cable TV, AC, theme parks close by, hotel is set back 500 ft off the main highway (route16) for peace and quiet, located in the White Mountains NH which is a high tourist area (North Conway NH), next door to the state of Maine (Portland and Fryberg) Great place to see foliage in the fall, typically weeks 39, 40,41,42 are best for 2010
