We have a beautiful, completely remodeled 750 sq ft apartment (on the fourth floor of a 10 story building) on famous Lincoln Rd of South Beach, Miami. It is one block from the Epic theather, up-scale trendy shops, restaurants, nighclubs and five blocks from the beah off Collins Ave and two blocks from the canal. The apartment has AC and central heating with two flat screen TVs plus blue ray DVD players and surround-sound speakers. It is located in a recently up-graded building with two elevators, pool and a parking space. It has a queen-sized bed, sofa, dinning table and everthing needed for occupancy. The building has a manager and is high security. On the first floor of the building there is a convenience store (groceries plus hot food and baked goods) and a liquor store. It is located on the east side of South Beach away from the all-night clubs so it is a quiet area. We love the condo and South Beach. We are only interested in short-term swapps (1-2 weeks) in equally up-scale and interesting places of the world. At present we would like to go to Paris but would consider other equally interesting cultural centers.
