A lot of new private properties have been built in the area due to its good location and rising popularity as it's also a 10 min walk to Norwich City College and close to Unthank road where there are good bus links to the UEA.
There are only 2 floors to the buiding and only 6 flats per block so it is not a multi storey building.
It is in great condition but could do with a refreshment of new decoration to give it a boost.
I am looking to move to area where there are close transport links within walking distance to the centre of London which take no more than an hour. It is important that the area is relatively safe.
