The whole buildin was rebuilt in 2003, it has an elevator what is very comfortable.
It is a 3rd floor of 4 floors. The kitchen has one window and the main space another one.
It is an inside apartment, so the good thing of it is that you do not get any noise from the Street.
It is located in Malasaña, one os the main an centrical neighborhoods of Madrid. Close to La Plaza del Dos de mayo, Palma street.
It is close to diferent lines of the subway, and you can walk to almost all the main interesting points of Madrid.
There are a lot of shops, groceries, nice cafés, cake shops, restaurants,clothing, all you may need.
This neighboohood is where many astist live and you can feel that energy.
I would say that it could be a little Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in Madrid.
