The Apartment is spread over 200 sq meters or 2100 sq/ft. It has two bedrooms (one with two double beds and the other with a queen size bed) The main bedroom is ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has its own bathroom across the hallway from it. We also have an office with a fold-out bed. The apartment is airy and has great light. It has high ceilings with beautiful moldings and runs from the front of the building to the back with small balconies on either end. A private coded elevator brings you to your floor. Two rooms are storage and were bedrooms but we do not use them. It is a very comfortable and safe apartment in a great area of town.

The apartment is in an area called Eixampla (Dreta). It is a wealthy Catalan part of the city. Great access to shopping on Passeig de Gracia and Placa Catalunya (10 minutes walking) while only being 15 minutes walking to the old part of the city the Barri Gothic. 10 minutes fro the famous Sagrada Familia. Tons of restaurants and cafes in the nieghbourhood.
