The house is in one of the best environments in the city of Las Palmas, six minutes walk to the Las Canteras Beach, one of the best urban beaches in the world, and close to main shopping centers in the city of Las Palmas, close to restaurants, shops, in Avenida Mesa y Lopez. In the beach, you can practice surf all year around, and snorkel and scuba diving with a magnificent sea bottom life. The weather in Las Palmas is over 20 C all year around. The house is a perfect spot to visit all the island because it is well communicated with public transport.
